The Alien Pheromones is an item available after completing the sixth (also the last) covert operation, in which Ellen Ripbro must assault an area heavily infested by aliens.
Alien Phermones in a crate appears with a Xenomorph head on them, they are pretty rare compared to ammo crates. When destroyed, they reveal a purple grenade in-a-box covered in green slime. To use it, pick it up and give a throw.
When thrown, they cannot be retrived, but holding melee allows them to be re-thrown with melee (Unconfirmed that it will also reset it's fuse). They looked like a flask with an orange seal, that will stick to any surface, as well as emitting a purple smoke (That correspond to the main color of those aliens). Working a little similar to MacBrover's Turkey Bomb, they will make any type of alien ignore players and instead head toward the grenade and wandering around in close proximity. After it's fuse expires (Indicated by a red corona flashing around), they explode and damages any non-friendly entities alongside terrain in the process.

- It is the only grenade that does not deal damage on impact aside from Broney Ross's sticky bombs.
- They are also they only grenades that stick to anything.
- Pheromone is a chemical substance produced and released into the environment by an animal, especially a mammal or an insect, affecting the behavior or physiology of others of its species. Essentially, this is just a sticky grenade that fools and lures aliens.
